Watch out! You may end up paying more than what you agreed. I purchased the software in Oct. 2019 for one use only. No subscription. I paid with PayPal, all went well and my iphone was back to normal. I was happy that with almost $50 I had the use of my iPhone back. However, the company charged my Paypal again in Nov. 2019 and would have continued doing so if I had not checked my Paypal account as if I had a subscription. When I contacted requesting a refund I was told that they couldn’t do that. Why not? It was their error. But as long as you lose and they make extra $ it’s OK. Their reboot software is OK but their accounting and customer service software sucks.

Their product does not work. I've been dealing with their support for weeks and have sent them all their own logs showing the faults and errors. They've acknowledged the fault on their side but will only provide 70% refund after about 2 months of back and forth. So making me pay 30% for a useless product they confirmed won't work. They have been a nightmare to deal with and the product is useless. The 5-star ratings they have must be a scam
